Bengaluru: Members of Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF) in association with Child Rights Initiative for Shared Parenting protested in front of family court on Saturday condemning the delay in appointing judges. Sources said there are 10,000 cases pending at the court and only one judge to handle cases. Since the post of third additional court judge is vacant, second additional court judge, C. Mariappa was handling cases at both courts. He was transferred in November and the posts are yet to be filled.
