Charity Oraganisations insist, to Cater to the Population of Bengaluru Considering the Population of Bengaluru , the number of family courts must be increased to 20, from the present 4, in accordance with the increase in population is urged by the charity organisations. Regarding this, the Bengaluru based charity organisation CRISP's President Kumar Jagirdhar has reported the press as Cases are piled up In our nation now it is a must to make reforms in the judiciary. Even in supreme court, more than 30thousand cases are piled up and are uncleared. In all the high courts of the country, the total accumulated cases have exceeded 3million. To trial these cases with the present strength of the judges it might take 350 years. Malimath commitee has recomanded various measure in its report ‘Judicial reforms 2003' to the govt of India. Till now no steps have been taken to implement the commitee's report. Young Judges At this juncture, we have been sending various requests regarding the reforms in the judiciary to the central and the state governments. To clear the pending cases, the evening time courts must be setup. More judges must be appointed. 50percent of female Judges must be appointed. Young judges must be appointed to understand and give the justice to the young people who fall within the age group of 35 years and to their problems. Judges must be included in subjecting to the right to information act. Family courts The population of Bengaluru has touched 1Crore. But there are only 4family courts here. The family courts must be incresed to 20. Besides this, 5new Guardian court must be setup to protect the childrens of the couples getting divorce. Because of the delay in conducting trial in these type of cases, the situation is such that the childrens are seperated from their parents for a long period. To avoid this, the number of family courts must be increased all over the country. Till the reforms are made in the judiciary, there should not be any formulation of new laws and implementation of the same. The central law minister Veerapa moily has been acting very genuinly in doing reforms. But unfortunately, there are some selfish politicians putting obstacles in this. In spite of all this, the central minister Veerappa Moily must take very strong measures. For this we are ready to unite and offer our organisations support, said the CRISP foundation's president Kumar Jagirdhar. At this press report event, the functionaries of the SIFF(Save Indian Family Foundation) were also Present. |
