Indian Police turns Murderous!! PDF Print E-mail

In India, police can kill people, can threaten people so that people commit suicide and the so called "Free Democratic" Govt and the jokers in parliament remain completely silent.

The murder of people in police stations is now termed as "custodial deaths". The suicide of people being abused, threatened by police for days, months or even years are listed as suicides due to some other vague reasons. Its so irnoic that this country is now trying for a seat in UN security council with such a pathetic human rights record. The Indian police is paid a meagre salary, so that utterly incompetent and even the violent people join this organisation and then they spread terror. It is not surprising at all to find policemen extorting (notjust asking bribe) thousands of rupees from innocent and poor people.

Detaining and abusing innocent Muslims is something that happens regularly in India. However, even Hindu or people belonging to other religions are also not spared.

Indian must not be allowed to have a seat in UN security council till it becomes a "truely" democratic country. At present, it runs a sham democracy, where the laws  are passed in parliament without even debates of discussions.

India student death was 'staged'

A female student and three others were killed by police in a "staged" encounter in the Indian state of Gujarat, a judicial probe has found.

Ishrat Jahan Raza was one of four people shot dead by Gujarat police in 2004 on suspicion of being part of a banned Pakistani-based militant group.

Relatives maintained the victims were killed by police in a staged clash, commonly known as "fake encounters".

Police in Gujarat have denied the allegation.

They say the victims were members of the banned Pakistani-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba.

But a judicial probe into the incident has named a senior Gujarat police officer, among others, in connection with the "cold-blooded murder" of the 19-year-old student and three others.

The probe by judge SP Tamag said that police had "kidnapped" the student and three others in the city of Mumbai (Bombay).

They were then brought them to Ahmedabad, Gujarat's capital city, and killed in "police custody", the probe said.
