The Indian Government led by a person called Manmohan is truly shameless. It indulges in pure hypocrisy and double standards.

Lets take the case of chair person of National Commission for Women, who is literally lying on National Television.

On one hand they talk about protection of women, and on the otherhand they do not even create an Anti-dowry helpline for preventing dowry. They do not want to create a law for prevention of forced marriages of women. Manmohan is responsible for arrest of more than 1,23,000 women without trial or investigation in last 4 years. Why is he showing his face? Has he lost all the shame after these women are dragged to police stations, abused, insulted, harassed, threatened, extorted and then sent to jail?

Its a pity that some people in Indian are still celebrating independence day on August 15th. On 20th July, 2005, Supreme Court of India urged the Govt and Parliament to take steps to stop abuse of section 498a and warned against "legal terrorism". Is Mr.Manmohan deaf for last 4 years?

About an year back, Girija Vyas claimed on National Television that section 498a and DV act must not be mixed and Misuse of section 498a will come down once DV act comes into force. It was very clear at that time that she was lying to mislead the audience. She was forcing audience to assume that DV cases and 498a cases will not be filed together and they are separate. Today, women file a case under section 498a and then they also file a case of DV and then they file another case under section 125 for maintenance.

If Manmohan is honest, then he would not have kept such liars in cabinet rank positions.

And what about domestic violence against men by women or her brothers/fathers? Why men have to pay tax, when Govt or laws do not to give protection (to men) from violence?

Just see the picture below. A young Software Engineer in Bangalore is not only assaulted, but also bitten by his violent wife. If he had attacked her back, then Govt and Girijas Vyas would have called it domestic violence against women. Such criminal wives would be made to spend 3 years behind bars, if it had happened in United States of America. But, in India, everyone considers perfectly criminal women as some innocent creatures, even while one of the former prime minister of India was murdered by a woman.

  I am really pleased to read about this organization.I am an indirect sufferer of this law. I had
  gone to united states on a business trip i received a call from my parents that my wife was arrested
  under 498(a) by her brother's wife complaint i rushed back to india she had to spend a fortnight in
  jail it was a traumatic experience for all of us our 3 small children are still getting nightmares
  the memory of their mother being dragged by cops ,unfortunately my wife's family surrended to this
  blackmail and settled financially..what kind of a people are these women organizations they are
  inhuman,immomoral and get sadistic pleasure in harrasing people they cannot be reasoned with they
  have to be destroyed .what of my rights to have a wife and my childrens right to their mother listen
  my friends there are only 2 solutions either u develop enough political lobying to compel future
  govts to change the law or i am sorry to say this a much more radical and violent mens group will do
  it exrtaconstitutionally

  No one in this Universe has the Rights to Spoil anybodys life. Why are Men's targeted and tortured
  in this manner. Everyone wants to live there life happily, no one wants to screw there happiness and
  career. Why the government has not realised the fact that 498A and DV act 2005 is getting misused

  if a marriage has been irretrievable broken down due to qualities of couple not on par, what is use
  in forcefully continuing relationship like marriage is holy and it should not be broken down by
  divorce.
  
  hence government should give rights to men to get legal divorce on basis of one sided divorce appeal
  by affected husbands.
  
  saveindian family should help men to get one sided divorce and try to move govt towards this aim.

  As I always maintain it's a big extortion,immigration,sex racket being run by Govt of India and
  Indian judiciary.Dr Manmohan Singh, his ministers, CJI KG Balakrishanan and his companions, Sonia
  Gandhi etc. are the kingpins of this scandal running under the garb of women protection. One example
  is that my bitter half obtained pasport in the name of minor son by forging my signatures and by
  giving affidavit that I was out of India (while I was in police custody coz of 498a.)Despite all the
  proofs,expert reports, no FIR was registered for FOUR YEARS. MEA, CVC,CID,vigilance,NHRC etc. all
  kept on preparing false reports that no forgery had been committed. Manmohan Singh (who was also
  holding MEA charge) and his mafia crossed all limits of shamelessness and left no stone unturned to
  save the culprits. Had the Canadian PM not intervened I could not have saved my minor son from being
  internationally abducted.This mafia is extorting money from middle cla**.They promoted all the
  corrupt police officers and judges who committed fraud.For their own selfish political gains, they
  gave the judiciary a free hand to corrupt itself and exploit people as much as they can.Despite all
  proofs in my favour I am not getting justice beause of Manmohan's policies. In India there is no
  democracy, but it's a govt of pimps,(run) by police, for prostitutes (vicious women).
  
  We must launch an aggressive movement at international level against this biggest scam.

  In what century we are living, is it technologically advanced, stressful world ( personnally &
  professionally), most hypocratic & ridiculous world. What society has achieved in liberalising
  education to girls. Instead of becoming EDUCATED , they just become LITERATE. THEY CONSIDER MEN AS
  THIER tool for security & fullfiling materialistic desire. Even if wife is good , her parents make
  full effort to spoil relation between husband & wife for want of money from son in law. first girls
  parents shud be hanged who make such efforts. bcoz even if wife love her husband , parents becomes
  villian bcoa in their era they never enjouyed life bcoz of lack of money, so they become jealous of
  their own daughter. this is real fact of today society. Everyone wants something in exchange.
  
  What govt is doing ? Is govt sleeping? Ya fir dimag nahi hai. Koi bhi tu kam acha nahi karti. On one
  hand u r encouraging women gloabalization w/o changing women protection law ( made in 1950) &
  provoking them to harras husband to extent possible so that either he will take divorce route or
  absorb daily wife's demand. Also today girls after taking higher education they just become literate
  & independent not truly educated , they want to seek more & more from husband & want him to leave
  his parents . But she will not leave her ridiculous parent. Also these parents at time of first
  meeting talk very very goody language to trap prospective bridegroom, agree on everything whatever
  boy said abt his family like my parents will stay with me. They saild yes to all. Then after
  marriage they just behave opposite. Theyu shud be hanged till death.
  
  Govt. in very serious note shud now look this matter very very seriously,otherwise society will see
  lot of young talented qualified professional behind bars bcoz of these type of greedy girls & her

  I was reading newspaper on 15th of August and surprised to see the Advertisement of Women
  Empowerment in India. And some phone numbers were advised by the National Commission for Women in
  case if a woman is facing any kind of domestic violence, dowry demand etc. Now the question arise
  "Does Indian woman really need protection for these acts?"
  
  The answer is Yes. She really need protection but not on the cost of someone else's(male)life.
  
  
  
  Now I have seen that more than 90% cases registered under 498A, 406, 125crpc are false. Woman
  registers such cases just to teach lessons to their inlaws, and in such cases their family members
  supports them alot. Fortunately, some NGO's are now also come ahead to provide help and shelters to
  womans and they really provide their helps to these womans but without checking the authenticity and
  truth. They provide each and every support to these womans. Result of which inlaws of a married
  woman sent to jail because of her complaint.
  
  
  
  Here the main aim of such NGO's is just to create money from Government and nothing else. Take an
  example, suppose if a lady files a complaint against her husband & inlaws and also go to court,
  would that it be possible for her to settle herself in that home again? I would say "NO".
  That would not be possible for her coz this is the situation at this stage becomes so worse that
  nobody will accept her as a family member.
  
  
  
  In addition to this, if there is a FIR agains the inlaws of a married woman, they will have to seek
  bails from court and in exchange of this woman's and their parents demands money just to not to
  oppose their bails. This is not justified.
  
  
  
  There must be some amendments in such silly one sided sections to save Indian families.
  
  
  
  I have seen the cases in which girl demands 25 lakhs from their inlaws. Would it feasible?
  
  I have also seen that a girl had consumed some crocin tablets herself and her inlaws had took her to
  hospital, beared all the expenses and also faced insults and trauma by her parents. She did it to
  teach her inlaws a lesson. And later, she had registered a case against her inlaws.
  
  
  
  I would say that somehere & somehow, girls parents are also liable for such offences. They also
  provoked their daughters to take such steps and also inform them about the laws.
  
  
  
  My opinion is that this law should be amended.

  DV act must include violence by women against husbands and children.Manmohan singh does not have any
  sons.His three daughters are Upinder Daman and Amrit.Fathers must not spoil their daughters or they
  become a curse on society.The special income tax rebates for women were introduced by Manmohan as
  Finance Minister to please his three daughters.
