On Sunday (8th Feb.09) SIFF Vizag chapter had taken the victims and their family members for a picnic to Kambalkonda. In all 33 members joined and had a fun filled outing for half day.
The meeting also took place at the picnic spot and it was decided to Register the Vizag Chapter as "Happy Family". Members celebrated the recent amendments in CrPC 41 and the AP High Court ruling to book cases against police in case of deaths in Police custody, and fake encounters. Both the decisions were to safeguard Human Rights which is suffering in the hands of Police.
