Judges want men to pay child support every month. Same judges promote parental alienation and promote separation of children from father. Many judges cause huge delays in passing orders for child visitation. If the women does not comply with these visitation orders, judges rarely take any action. This behavior prevalent in judiciary enables injustice to both the fathers and the children. Judges do not realize that fatherless children have higher risks of becoming poor, being physically or sexually abused or becoming orphans in future.

Judiciary wants men facing matrimonial problems to run around multiple courts for several years. Many judges penalize or punish if these men fail to attend 2 or 3 dates. Because judges want men to lose their jobs, knowing very well that a man without a job will struggle to pay monthly alimony or child support. If a man facing multiple matrimonial cases has to attend 15 to 20 court dates in a year, his chances of bad performance at job or chances of he losing a job becomes very high.
