Legal Tips and Templates
As a Siffian, always remember, the game is 80% tactics and 20% law. If you are not mentally strong and confident with right kind of tactics, legal knowledge will be not only of no use, but also the legal steps you take will only backfire on you with disastrous consequences. So, develop a tactical game plan before trying to go on legal offensive. Those who go on legal offensive without spending at least 12 to 15 months on tactics often very badly damage their cases.
Most men are not voracious readers. Many do not have good writing skills. Hence men tend to look for magic pills in laws, legal templates, citations/judgments etc. Do not fall into this trap. Get your plans reviewed by SIFF experts.
Never do this below:
1) Do not try to corner or try to pressurize your opponents by filing counter cases (get trained by SIFF first).
2) Do not file RCR or Restitution of Conjugal Rights (section 9) case. It wastes your time and money. It goes not give any returns.
3) Be patient when you file perjury or tax evasion petitions. (Get trained well about tactics by SIFF)
4) Never rush into 13B or Mutual Consent Divorce while under pressure. It can backfire very badly on you.
5) Never show off your legal knowledge to judge (with citations). This can also backfire very badly.
