Men are dangerously stuck in Traditional Male Gender Roles. Lets call it “Man Box”. Men are considered unmanly if they do not show courage, bravery and strength. Men are conditioned by their parents and society to suppress their emotions and stop showing themselves as weak or vulnerable. Often, such suppression becomes very costly for Men and the Society.
